I just wanna share my experience with all of you. YUMM gave me a free photoshoot months back and after all the waiting and stuff they didn't manage to gave me a job. I was thinking on all the possible reasons and decided to let it go for now. So, I will not give you a 5 but just 4 instead because of your honesty for giving back my deposit. Till next time YUMM okay, I'm still grateful.
I would strongly advise against using Your Model Management. I had a terrible experience with this company as they scammed me out of £700. Despite their promises of professional modelling opportunities, they failed to deliver on any of their commitments. They were unresponsive and completely unprofessional when I tried to contact them for a refund or explanation. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone.

They will offer you different levels of representation from £100 to £1000 its just a way to steal money
Pay attention to what I'm going to say... They put a little pressure on you to sign the contract... even if you give up after 2 days and email them like they say... they won't give you your money back. They sign you as self-employed so even if they don't get you a job or this situation... you lose your rights and your money because there is no right to be self-employed... so they promise you many things but you have no rights with them... If they were a serious agency after I signed the contract and gave up due to a personal problem, they were going to return my money.
This place is a scam from start to finish. They have interviewers who are very manipulative and will make you feel like you are good enough to model. They will talk you out of your money and then not have any jobs available.
They ask everyone who comes to interview to leave good reviews on multiple websites in exchange for their OWN PHOTOS. This is not legal.
Absolutely amazing! So refreshing to meet such a capable and competent team! I would give 6 Stars if I could, they're were so professional and provided exactly what I needed! Even on short notice. If you are on the fence about working with Yumm, take the plunge! Because they are amazing and you will not regret it!
Thanks Team!

I have heard a lot of false rumors about this profession, except that I have absolutely nothing to say about it. I received a very warm welcome and the person who took care of my recruitment managed to reassure me and put me at ease. Comfortable since then, I feel more sure of myself and more fulfilled.
Nice people in a nice small hidden area in Croydon, nice people but I think it would've been a bit better if there was refreshments in the waiting area for the clients that had to wait.
Please stay away from this agency, they do promise people lots of things. You have to pay a deposit which they say it's refundable but they never refund it at the end of contract. We followed all rules and conditions of the contact, and they agreed and confirmed it but still didn't refund our deposit and simply not responding any more to my emails. They don't even share what jobs they put you forward which any genuine model agency should share. Stay away from then and keep your money safe. Do not trust anything what they are saying and promise.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t pay any deposit to YUMM agency as they are not refundable and they stop responding to your emails

YUMM are very personable and professional. They've earned my trust and given me dozens of opportunities even in my first few months with them. Highly recommend!
In the interview stage they'll show you 5 packages which go up to £1000. They claim its a refundable deposit, but you'll never see the money again. Its a typical advance fee scam. They tried to pressure me to sign the contract and to do it fast. No real agency does this. The interview questions was extremely unprofessional and weird. As soon as I declined, they said they'll throw my pictures in the trash and I can't ever come back, they hurriedly took me out of the building. They had no other people in the building except some young girls who work there. You'll never find work with them and due to that they'll claim they can't give your deposit back, I've spoken to people who are signed with this agency and they said its a scam and they received no work. Additionally after my experience they don't respond to calls, emails or texts. Complete FRAUD they need to be shut down.
They charged my son £700, had a photo shoot with an average photographer, they failed to deliver, Jacob the guy in charge said you'll make that money back from jobs and that they are sponsored by the Government. He's a big liar and I'll be looking to take this further.

Modelling fee of £700 not returned and avoiding emails
Do not sign with this agency. They will make you pay a "refundable" fee that you are entitled to back if you apply for at least 12 jobs over a 12 month period. Despite this being clearly written in the contract they have given you they will NOT refund the deposit.
They will not give you your "refundable" deposit back I paid £400 and even though I'm entitled to it back they are refusing to pay. Do not trust!
Very well organised, always better to have a nice staff as well while working. My experience was fast and you can acknowledge that they value their models highly.
This Scam will lead you in on false pretences, they waste your time in a windowless building, make you walk a catwalk and then ask you random questions and give you a photo shoot. After the round of
questions, they show off model packages ranging from £100 - £1000 and a contract. No real agency will ask you to pay them money. Their job is to find work for you and take a commission from each job they find you. I'm still waiting 1 year later for my £700 refund. After you sign with them, it goes to full radio silence since getting your money. Please be smart and just avoid this place at all costs. The Jacob you speak to is a fake name your speaking to these people:
The owner - George Ajuga goes by Jake or Jacob
Meni-Rose Seller - Menelaos Traintafy "the model coach"
Simon - Sadat Mwuma

dont bother avoid at all cost !!!

I stupidly got the £700 package and still requesting a full refund
After I got accepted (interview + shooting) and got so exited to start this new career, YUMM told me that I need to choose from their 7 plans from 100 to £700, if I refuse to pay they won't give me the shooting images and they won't bother to find me a job. This is not an agency they are some scammers that use your identity after you end the contract and refuse to give you the Refundable Deposit back. On top of that, they are ASKING the modes to leave GOOD REVIEWS in exchange of their own images. YUMM took advantage of my lack of experience in this industry and made me pay £100, I never received a job just the explanation that I should give them at least £500 to receive contracts. :) YUMM, PLEASE REFUND THE MONEY, YOU DON'T HAVE ANY RIGHT ON THE CONTRACT TO DO SUCH THINGS AS USING THEIR IMAGE THEIR MONEY AND IGNORE THE FACT THAT YOU ARE RUINING OTHER PEOPLES LIFE BY USING THEIR IMAGE ON YOUR PLATFORM! Thank you.
Extraordinary organization.
Didn't get a lot of work from them to tell the truth however I did Infact recieve my discount.
Great organization accepted my free artificially glamorize pictures as they guaranteed. Great stuff.
They will make you pay refundable deposit then not refund when they fail to get you jobs. They will ignore you and give you headache. Please stay away! I got stung badly but will be taking legal actions against them.!
They are a scam.

Here is my story and experience with YUMM:
I signed my model contract with them in August 2020. They offered me the high-end board model contract and it has a £600 deposit which is supposed to be refundable. At first, I didn't understand why I need to pay the deposit and they explained the reason is that the deposit is only a guarantee for them in case the model accepted a job but doesn't show up then that money covers the loss of the company that the model caused. During the interview I was convinced to sign the contract by telling me all nice and promising things and putting unbelievable hopes in me (that feels so fake now), I was told that my agent will find and offer me at least 2-3 jobs a month. Guess what? It never happened - never at once during the 12 months or even after... They also offered free model training which I never had the chance to attend. Every time I asked about it I have been told that it's not happening because of Covid or they will let me know about the exact dates and times when it will take part... I asked so many times and I never got the opportunity to book for it. The 12 months period of the contract ended in August 2021 and I did not sign any other document to renew my contract or anything...
On 01/03/2022 I wrote the management an email, that I decided to say goodbye to modeling and therefore quit the agency because I am pregnant and my life/lifestyle will change completely and from now on my priority focus will be my baby and the motherhood.
Regarding the contract, I had to apply for at least 3 jobs/month on their website which I did. They accused me that in their records I haven't applied in many months and they will not refund my deposit. They also said that I just "throw in the towel" and give up easily but failed to complete my responsibilities in the contract. This was of course not true. I have a very acceptable, understandable, and reasonable motive and reason for my decision. If they cannot accept my reason that means they have no humanity. I have been putting a lot of effort, time, and energy into my side responsibilities as their model by applying to the jobs regularly (which I have evidence of). I have even taken part in photoshoots to keep my portfolio fresh - and those opportunities were sought on my own without the agency's help. If anyone failed to complete responsibilities it was them, as they never ever provided me any jobs, not even the ones I applied for on my own. I told them that they are wrong and they have no rights to hold on to my money and if they don't refund I will take legal action.
They asked for evidence and on 17/03 I sent all the proof and evidence that clearly shows their records are incorrect. They admitted that there was an error in their system and they approved to start the progress of my refund which will take up to 28 days.
On 06/04 there was still a week or so until the end of the 28 days and I was worried that they won't transfer my money, so I emailed them and asked for some kind of proof that the refund is in progress and they made the transaction. They never replied to that email.
On 14/04 it was the last day I should receive my money but it still wasn't in my bank account. So the next day I emailed them again and asked them to refund my money by 22/04 and send proof of it. They ignored my email again. I still haven't got my money back. The 28 days are already passed, I gave them an extra week and they still haven't refunded my deposit. From now on I will take this matter further to legal action. I look forward to meet them at the court.
They are liars and cheaters! The whole agency is a fraud!
I was contacted by this agency and came to visit from a different city. At an interview I have been told there are three diffferent ad boards starting at 60 pounds but you yourself can only look for work if you pay for the top board at 200+ pounds. After they have been promising so much and pushing for sale I paid 100 pounds. I couldn't aply for any job but I was also not offered any for a year. After a year you are entitled to get your money back if you havent worked and I contacted agency with them replying that that is the case and it will be processed. 3 months later I am still waiting for my money. I am in the process of taking further action. This company says a lot, does a lot to convince you to pay but when they actually have to pay you back, as they promised, there is no money. You Either have to pay hundreds to apply for any work and if it's any less, hope and pray you get discovered after being put on page ten or whatever it is. Avoid!
Bloody tough interview to get on their books and nothing like ive ever seen but I just about made the grade. Make sure you know a bit about fashion before attending is my advice
The staff were so nice, treated me well.I felt safe in the environment. Way better than my past experiences with other companies.
I absolutely love the YUMM kids division. They are understanding and helpful in tricky situations. Helping you to understand the industry and guide you through the industry. My older daughter has gotten more work with them in less than a year then she did with her old agency in a year and a half. So, thanks a lot YUMM!
