UPDATE: ZeroClean, It doesn't spell the same backward or forward, but it's true. I'm sure they don't know what a carpet scrubber is.
I don't know what you would call their service, but I don't believe they clean anything.

They charged my card but never sent anything. They refused to refund my money. They did say that I could cancel my membership. I have emailed 10 times to get this far.
