These guys are TERRIBLE! Do NOT use them. Your doll will look NOTHING like the photo, not even a resemblance. They won't send you a proof and they will NOT refund you or even try to make it right.
Tip for consumers:
HUGE tip! Go anywhere but here! Their artists are not good, if you ask for changes they will not make them and they will just send your doll regardless and then when you aren’t happy they will refuse to refund you your money even though the doll is heading straight to the trash. I would be EMBARRASSED to gift the doll to the person I was going to. He would be so insulted by it.
