I bought a pair of Disney princess toddler shoes for my toddler online. When the order was ready for pickup, we drove over an hour to go pick them up (only store near us that had these shoes in stock). When we got them we checked they were the right shoes and right size, didn't fully inspect them because obviously you think you're buying a brand new pair of shoes. They never disclosed the fact she shoes were returns and now being resold to us, nor the fact they had be worn and beat up. As soon as i got them out of the box to look at them, I saw they had scuffs and marks on them. The pink fabric on the top the shoe (by the "tongue" was almost completely ripped. The inside of the heel fabric was worn down. Super disappointing considering I drove 2 hours total for these shoes. I called the store to let them know, they asked me to come back and return them. Absolutely not, no way i'm making that drive again just to leave empty handed. I took them to the journeys closest to me to return them and the cashier placed an order for a brand new pair to be delivered to my house. I told her my address and we confirmed it. When I got in the car and checked my receipt, I see the wrong city was inputted. I called them, they said there's nothing they can do and to call customer service. I called customer service and explained the situation. After being placed on hold for over 20 minutes the CSR tells me there's nothing she can do but she will contact her manager and they'll call me back. I didn't receive a call back that day or the next, then it was christmas so I understood. Even as of yesterday, 12/28, they did not call me back. I called again, my address was never corrected. The CSR corrected my address then tells me it may take one or two days to reflect the change. She then proceeded to tell me that my order was going to be delivered 12/29 and they couldn't guarantee they would deliver to the correct address so I needed to call FEDEX to have them stop my delivery! I got onto Fedex's website and it said I could stop the package but pickup would be in Tampa. Anyways, I let fedex make the delivery in hopes they would see the street address and know my city. They did great and I got my order. Just when I thought this headache was over, I open the shoes to find they back of both shoes are dirty and have scuffs? I just don't understand. I'll never buy from journeys again.
