For a personalized card business, this company has automated their system so much that it feels like an impossibility to correct items on the proof, and have the cards delivered to me. I am on the 3rd proof. It has been taking 2 days to correct each proof. So this is now the 6th day since I put in my order and there is no end in sight. I called and spoke to a real person to escalate the concern. The person is disconnected to the actual designer fixing the issue and cannot fix the issue themselves. I ask to speak to a supervisor or owner of the firm as this is a small business. They put me on hold then hung up. I called back and I was hung up on, again. I am on the verge of canceling this order.
