We have subscribed to REVIT for a couple of years and were suddenly unable to access the software, leaving staff unable to work. With no phone number to call and we tried "CHAT" only to be told WRONGLY that it was our banks fault call them as the Credit Card had been declined (with no notification from Autodesk). Back to Autodesk Chat, eventually case number set up, only to be told we have not renewed. The credit card is on renew Autodesk just have to process it. Tried another card, still awaiting. We have lost 3 days work. Autodesk are useless. Spend money on glossy ads and glitzy web-sites but don't spend dollars to look after their customers. They have the industry tied up with AutoCAD and REVIT. Going to source Chinese equivalent software.
