They will gladly call you when you want to subscribe to get your money. Once you pay you are on your own after that. If you try to schedule a call for troubleshooting, they are 2-3 weeks out to call you back. If you fill out a ticket for service, it takes 2-5 days to get an email. I just paid to renew my license and now it tells me my license is not valid. I have lost 3 days of work due to this and I am still waiting... DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
