I do take partial responsibility for my ignorance of file formats. However, I bought a manual seeing that I could view on iOS (I use an iPhone) it is apparently not compatible and I do not own a computer. The refusal to refund for a product I can't use is an awful way to treat customers. They should make customers aware that you cannot view these products on a phone.

Additionally, our software products come with detailed information regarding file formats, size, and compatibility requirements. If a refund was declined, it's likely because the digital products were downloaded offline. However, I'm more than willing to investigate further to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
