When I ordered a birth certificate from them, they didn't tell me before I paid that it would be a 20-25 business day turnaround. At day 30, I contacted them, waited on hold for 30 minutes, and was told it would take another 2 months! I asked them to refund my order, they asked for all the info I already gave them on the order and said they couldn't guarantee that they would cancel it. I did a chargeback on my credit card. Total scam company.

I can save money on shipping, and not give money to Amazon for my hardcover books. Alibris also usually has better pricing in their marketplace than Amazon. If I'm not on Alibris, I go to Abebooks to find things I can't find here.
