3 days taken off from work 2 reschedules from XPO and then arrived 1.5 hours earlier than appointment window of 3-6 with NO phone call informing me. Customer service couldn't even find order, kept telling me they had to end chat to keep lines open. Finally got a hold of a manager, was she couldn't get ahold of anyone at Buffalo dispatch location. At this point I'll just cancel the order with Amazon and they can deal with this company. Honestly, the worst overall and customer service experience I've had in my 47 years on this planet.

Ordered $99 "heavy fruit bearing size" lime, recieved a single 4' +stem with one branch. Packed 2 trees in one box with pots at opposite ends, so this one traveled upside down. Half pot was empty, half the roots were broken off and dry. 3rd of leaves cut, broken otherwise mangled. Tree slowly dying. Also came with citrus thrips. Other tree arrived smaller than advertised, with multiple broken branches, but root was atleast intact, so should survive. Emailed customer service multiple times within their "arrival window" NO response from them.
