I'd give this organization a minus star if that was offered. They have a customer service number that can't understand anything (and also can't understand the 'press numbers for service' it offers you either - no, it 'doesn't understand' and then hangs up - I called twice - same response) and then there's the CHAT - like; NO CHAT would be more accurate. There's no one home at this company but they're raking in the dough and they're plenty available for your credit card info - they don't have any problem understanding THAT. Just don't ask for SERVICE. UGH.
