Pros: Products quality same like other brands within same price range i would call it fair
Product design & Fitting is a matter of personal judgment for me it is perfect

Cons: customer support is useless they keep spitting same replies in your face not even trying to find a solution even if the problem is from their side you can consider this brand is without customer support and this would be complement to them even

Imagine that they failed to deliver a domestic order in dubai several times keeping in mind that dubai is a tiny city and the order is just an iphone!

I can't believe that the ministry of foreign affairs website redirects to that site for visa processing and the service is that $#*!ty.

Pros: Service is reliable, Service description is accurate.
Cons: only available in the UK, price a bit costly but may be due to being in the UK.

I bought two Oakley Glasses from this Site From two different Stores.
And the i got two fake Glasses.
It was a hustle before the site refunded the money.

Cons: some order status emails are in Japanese :D

I used them one time only to book flights in the arab countries it was good everything went smooth.

Pros: nice fittings, reasonable prices, very nice designs for middle age people (30's not the 1100's :D)
Cons: in china very expensive compared to the us although made in china!

All the six shipments i did with them went normal no issues.
Pricing is not cheap & sometimes late info that can cause losses but over all fine service.

Ordered one item took a week to deliver from singapore to china but considering chinese red tape this is an achievement sure will use them again.

The negative thing the item didn't arrive in original packing although ordered to be.

I used it in UAE and everything worked fine.
In the first year i had to call customer service 4 or 5 times that's all
Some other banks you have to call daily :(

I got a refund from the service provider through paypal dispute although i'm pretty sure it happened because of paypal not the service provider this is till my opinion and the fact it happened
