Their site and their emails are designed in such a way that the customer is never properly informed of their policies and processes, resulting in the "unfortunate" circumstances of you the customer, failing to do your part to not get scammed out of more money which they will not refund you. These people obviously can't provide quality service and supplement their income with stolen money from unsuspecting users.
I'm disputing my charge with Paypal, and I am reaching out to every outlet I can to make sure everyone knows not to use this service
