English Tea Store has always been slow, but this takes the cake. Eleven days after placing the order and receiving an email about tracking delivery, I get another message that order is being held up for the back order of a package of cookies.
As you might agree, ordering some special delights as well as your tea is supposed to be fun and pleasant, not a frustrating challenge. There's other places to buy this stuff…
