“Horrible customer service”

I have purchased a gas bike kit on line. Two weeks later no emails or phone calls or any notifications. Tried calling their number several times no answer. Finally after two weeks received a refund from PayPal with no explanation why I did not received my product. TOTAL BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE, RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE. I will not recomend to anyone.
