They do not follow the guidelines set in place, and when you ask for the essay to be fixed, the writers don't fix them and they don't tell you until 10 hours later when your stuff is already due. The customer service is horrible they claim to reply in under 10 minutes but reply 40 minutes later. Yes, the prices are cheap but it is not worth the hassle. Do not use this website. The orders are late too.
