Long story short I messed up and ordered the wrong filters. I sent an email to notify them to cancel that order and once canceled I would order the correct filters. I got a reply from Riley with customer service who told me that the order was already processed and didn't think it could be stopped but that the order for the correct ones would be sent right away. Both orders came and when I asked about returning the filters that "I" ordered wrong I was told to not send them back.
Every email that I sent during this time was answered right away.
I did check and was only charged for the one correct order. If that isn't great customer service I don't know what is! I will get all my water filters from Morefilter in the future and you should too. By the way this was not the first order I had from Morefilter.
