Booked a hotel last week through H-rez and received an acknowledgement, but no follow up e mail. But now need to call the company to change the booking. Nothing on the web site enables you to do so. Telephone numbers do not work and no e mail contact and no complaint procedure.
Money taken out of my account, and the hotel has confirmed that the booking has been made. But they will not change the booking as through an agent. IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE. MUST BE IMPROVED.
