Purchase dress with my daughters measurements so custom dress. Came and 2 inches to big in waist and has large pucker on the stomach area. Wrote them to take care of it and they said they would fix it and I would pay because there tailor made it perfect. Here is photos and 2 inches to big in waist area so her butt would hang out ordered 26" waist they sent 28". But they wouldn't refund and we would pay to fix the dress and reshipping and ship to them! Removed from Credit card then they were willing to pay for alteration fees but before that nothing. Here is photos to prove the facts. Do not recommend and make sure you call CC company if problem they take it off your card and you just show them proof and will be removed.
