So been a customer since the beginning. But I went without a phone for a year went to Metro last March got two phones. I have nothing but trouble with them since. After a year they say I need 5g phones and other things but my upgrade is 300 for the phones. But anyone can walk in and get a phone and account for 60

“Purse damage by buyer and it get sent back”

So I bought a few things and sold some. But this one purse I sold on there was perfect never been used. Me being me I took pictures of the purse. The day I package and shipped it. Now it's been returned because of damages and she had it in her care for 24 hrs before she wanted to return it... So how is that right or fair. I sent undamaged goods out and get damages stuff back. There is no buyer seller protection
