I placed an order for an electric board on Wheelster's sister site electricskateboard.com on May 25 2022. Two hours later I received a refund from Wheelster to my PayPal due to the board not actually being in stock. I've attempted to reach out to the team (text and email) to see if they have any similar boards in stock, and I have not received word back. I would suggest trying to reach out to them before placing an order since the site doesn't specify if the product is in stock or not.
Tip for consumers:
Contact the company before placing an order, or you might be getting a refund for a product that isn't stocked. Or shop elsewhere.
