Just wanted to clarify we ordered 2 separate boards and they had neither color in stock. Plus we ordered a cart to go with it and in all of my communications back and forth never once was it mentioned they didnt have the cart in stock either till the day my orders were actually supposed to ship which was almost 30 days after I placed my original order... I received a phone call stating there had been a screw up with my order and the cart was going to be another 2-3 months!
My credit card was charged the day I placed my order instead of like most other companies do waiting till order is ready to ship.

Please don't forget to mention that we have offer you twice a free upgrade that you have refused; it's your right and it's okay. We also kept you posted many times to make you feel comfortable. We also have refunded you right on your request. So yes, we were not perfect on your order but we were not that bad. I believe we have done a great customer service but at the end, you are the client and have the right to review...
