We were lucky enough to complete a LON-AKL return flight before the COVID crisis essentially closed down international travel. We had very comfortable flights - great service for a Mum travelling alone with 3 kids. I couldn't fault it. Just sad to know they are no longer flying from LON-LAX. We will miss being able to book with them for the entire route.

We tickets to an educational event at Leeds Castle. As soon as the lockdown was announced they immediately processed a refund for our booking. Thank you for being so prompt. We look forward to visiting in the future

Booked BA flights which have been cancelled. BA are one of the only airlines to have automated refunds to travel agents and BA has confirmed in writing that my ticket has been refunded, yet Travel Up has not contacted me at all to arrange a refund (or indeed even told me about the cancelled flight).

I have tried their online form, and emailing. I have only received generic emails from the company - nothing personal to indicate they are processing the refund I am due.
