The first time my order of a little glass vase arrived it was smashed to tiny bits as it was totally inadequately packed. I emailed and they said they would send another one. Well the second package arrived... but there was NOTHING in it! I did email them again but they obviously are a scam and I definitely would never order from them again if they are even a real company. Oh yes and they still have my money
