“Very bad experience”

I asked for a proofreading service for a manuscript nearly two weeks ago. When I received the tracked version I was extremely disappointed. Nearly the two thirds of the text was not corrected at all. The remaining parts were edited for basic spelling errors probably by using the Grammarly software. It was a very bad experience working with them. I never advise to anyone.
