Saks Return Policy is Absolutely Terrible. I purchased a Moncler Jacket from the website and it turned out to be a size smaller, so I returned it the next day via FedEx. That was December 12th and still haven't received my money back in my account, and it's January 30th 2024.

Tip for consumers:
Saks 5th Avenue is absolutely a terrible store.
