I booked for the first time with Easy to Book for the day prior to my first cruise. The room was reserved, but when I called the hotel none of my customer information was transmitted them! I had to revive information to the hotel. For example, address, phone number and credit card information. So believing I was set to go... after my cruise returned to port, I discocers I was double barged for the same night, once by Easy to Book and once by The hotel. Since then, I have been on the phone 3 times trying to resolve the matter and had to even send my hotel receipt showing the bill was paid... I was even more upset the hotel charged my card a higher charge than Easy to Book charged. So today after speaking to Easy to Book, they canceled my reservation for August 7th which was set up over a month ago... eventually I will receive the lesser of the two refunds. In the mean time I have money for this double charge held up incurring interest on my credit card with little consolation! They also did not attempt to resolve the matter with the hotel. Needless to say, I will never be using them again!
