We started our subscription service with pley almost two years ago. At first, the site was excellent and delivered service and items as promised. Then, in about October 2017, everything changed. Delivery times have gotten slower and slower (Im talking months), inventory is lame, customer service times are beyond slow or they are totally non-responsive, the list goes on. Even canceling my subscription has proved impossible. Im not sure what has changed, but this company is either waaaay overwhelmed at the volume and has allowed their business model to suffer or it is a total scam. Regardless, stay away!
