I contacted AS twice by email regarding a defective product and how I might return it. The product was sold through overstock, by apparelsave. I contacted overstock for assistance and Overstock said that AS had would contact me within 24 hours by phone. AS never did. So I kept my defective product.
AS - you guys are terrible. Ive see reviews on ebay for AS. They are very poor as well.
How many bad reviews does a company need before they fix themselves?
