Didn't live upto what their site said. After I installed and wasn't able to retrieve anything from the phone I was told there was a "glitch" that they were working on an update. Few days go by and I reached out again and was told the update was done but I would have to uninstall then reinstall their app on that phone. For a "tracking/spy" app I would have expected it to update automatically. Also their customer service chat was rude and unprofessional. He kept leaving the chat and when I asked him to stop his response was he had to talk to multiple customers at a time.
