Update on Review 09-28-15:
After writing my reviews, customer service reached out to me. They refunded me 15 dollars due to the pre-sale order errors. I informed I would update my review in regards to customer service. I am happy that they did try to make amends to the situation but I am disappointed that it took writing negative reviews to any results. I am still waiting on the merch. They sent me an update today that it has hit the states. Hopefully I will have soon.
"I placed a pre-sale order on July 31,2015 for Original Pioneer4You iPV D2 Box Mod and an order for DIY 6 - in - 1 CW Coil Winder Kit RBA Coil Jig Coiling Tool for Electronic Cigarette. I still have not received either of these items, today being September 21,2015. I opened a ticket with the site to figure out what was wrong. I was told on one occasion 7 day. 10 days later I messaged again and they told me 5. Finally after being blown off, I asked if I was going to be refunded back the additional 10 dollars for placing a pre-order because I did not receive this item when it was released. They ignored me. I just checked again, and the items have not even left China. I have been blown off and lied to. Worst customer service ever. Be careful ordering from here, you may never get your items! "
