SHIPPED MY HERMES BAG ON JAN 23RD TO YOOGI'S CLOSET FOR THEM TO SELL. AFTER A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE WITH USPS THEY FINALLY LET ME KNOW THAT THE PURSE WAS DELIVERED TO THEM ON FEB 8TH BUT ACCORDING TO YOOGI'S CLOSET THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRRRRR

We have carefully searched our entire warehouse for your package and are certain that we do not have it. The tracking information for your package also confirms that the package was not delivered as there was no delivery scan. We have had managers from three USPS locations in our area spend over a week searching their hubs, and sadly they were unable to locate your package either. Unfortunately, the only thing we can suggest at this point is to stay in contact with Canada Post regarding your missing mail claim. If your package does turn up, we will be sure to contact you immediately.
