I just got out of the hospital. I have been ill since Thanksgiving. I moved December 7th to a new location in the DTC, my last place I never had an issue with delivery. Since I have moved into a building that requires you to read delivery instructions, I have gotten my groceries once. None of the drivers speak English. None of them can understand what you're saying they ignore your delivery instructions their packing skills are a disgrace and today all of my bags broke and went all over the hallways of my apartment building. If they would have followed the instructions, then I wouldn't have had to carry the groceries three minutes to get to my apartment and the bags wouldn't have ripped, if they hadn't put ten cans of beans in one bag. No common sense and no english equals disaster, and loss of profit for a franchise such as yourself!

So I was under a family plan and the account holder disconnected my phone. When I called T-Mobile to set up my own account with the same number, it was a nightmare I held for 32 minutes. It hung up on me. I held for half an hour, requested a call back that didn't happen finally at 10:30 PM. I called again and waited 45 minutes. The representative made empty promises and kept talking about her life, instead of focusing on the subject at hand. She asked me for my social 9 times she submitted order 5 times after 1 hour and 47 min she says oh a message jist popped up and is telling me you need to go into a store tomorrow. She tried to give me the 90$ plan add on tablet add mobile router promised I could keep my old phone # and she is sending a 50$ gift card and waiving activation fee. So I say okay so tomorrow when I go in I can have my old # and set up my account she says oh no honey that # isn't released just disconnected, without the pin you can't have the #. I talked to her for almost 2 hours for absolutely nothing. The main reason for the call was to have my number that was disconnected an hour before my 1st call. Talk about stringing someone along. Fyi I'm not a puppet. You should be ashamed of your ethic and integrity and stop wasting people's time. Just be real no need to play Monopoly!

Tip for consumers:
Get reps that have proper work force etiquette I know more about the rep then my shrink knows about me. Unclassy

Fake job postings fake interviews they send you a check wanting you to send it to the vendor to purchase home office equipment. Scammers pretending to work for Anika Therapeutics

I was scammed seeking employment from 2 seperate people. They were both not even located in the United States they both used false titles and companies that went under or no longer exist. They want you to communicate via What's App and when reported to LinkedIn I was told they didn't find any issue with one person's false post for jib applicants.
I don't recommend LinkedIn unless you want to play games for a company or individual that doesn't exist.

Hidden fees service charges overdraft fees with no explanation. Their claims department is a joke they give you the money back and then they take it away without even giving you a notice customer service reps are unprofessional do not speak very good English a waste of time go elsewhere unless you have money to give to a bank then more power to you
