I ordered a bouquet of flowers- fragrant freesia and a bottle of French Veuve Clicquot Rose.
A bouquet of few carnations, roses and few other plants was delivered -not one freesia while the quality of the bouquet was very poor; a bottle of Bollinger instead of the rose champagne was also delivered. The company makes substitutions, does not contact the customer - and the substitutions are NOT comparable to what it is ordered. I would have not approved either of them for what I wanted delivered. I do not recommend this company, I will not purchase ever from them again. They do not deserve my business and I do not think their substitution practices are fair.I attached the pics of the flowers what I ordered and what was actually received.
