I have emailed them several times about stopping these payments. My account just sits at pending cancellation while they still take the money out! I now have to contact my bank to get the payments stopped. There is no where to actually cancel the subscription or remove your payment method. Just don't sign up unless you plan on using them forever.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT sign up for SolutionInn!! They will take your money even after you have tried to cancel the subscription. Worse, they will automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription with no e mail to let you know your trial is up.
