I placed an order of 7 items. The order was for 6 pairs of underwear and a bra. The next day after placing the order, I get an email saying they have cancelled my entire order. And reason was because ONE pair of under wear was out of stock.
Here is the email:
Hi
I'm so sorry, but we've experienced an inventory shortage in one of the products you ordered and when we are unable to ship a complete order, our system cancels the entire order.
We encourage you to place a new order minus the Jockey® Smooth & Radiant Modern Brief (Lace Swirl Navy/10), which may look available online right now, but it is not. (We have our technical staff working on this right now, sorry for the inconvenience).
