I placed an order on 8/2 and as of 8/17 I have not received a shipping confirmation. I have also spent over 2 hours on the phone waiting to speak with customer service. Nobody answers and the message and annoying music keeps repeating. I was a huge Jockey fan but with this experience I won't ever buy another Jockey product.

I placed an order on 8/2 and as of 8/17 I have not received a shipping confirmation. I have also spent over 2 hours on the phone waiting to speak with customer service. Nobody answers and the message and annoying music keeps repeating.
I was a huge Jockey fan but with this experience I won't ever buy another Jockey product.

I had returned an order of two pairs of pants almost 2 months ago. I finallay received and email stating that they were refunding. Unfortunately I only received a refund for only one pair! I've been sending email inquiries with no response. This is the first and last time I will be ordering from this unethical company!

Probably the worst company I have ever ordered from! Spoke with customer service and didn't get any satisfaction from them! Save yourself time and money and order from someone else! Jockey sucks period!

Horrible ship time. Placed order on 5/15/2021, still don't have it on 5/29/2021. Half of the time delay appears to be due to the shipping service DHL ECOMMERCE

My order has not shipped in a week and no customer service available. This is the worse customer service I have received in years.

I wear a normal underwear size and the stores I shop at barely have any underwear in my size. I've tried about twenty different stores in my local area and zero stores sell my size. My size seems to be grown thin on the market as if they're trying to discontinue it. I've been resorted to purchasing it online and most stores mark it up 20%. When the product goes on sale none of the stores can keep up with supply and demand. I've started finding other brands.

I placed an order of 7 items. The order was for 6 pairs of underwear and a bra. The next day after placing the order, I get an email saying they have cancelled my entire order. And reason was because ONE pair of under wear was out of stock.
Here is the email:
Hi
I'm so sorry, but we've experienced an inventory shortage in one of the products you ordered and when we are unable to ship a complete order, our system cancels the entire order.
We encourage you to place a new order minus the Jockey® Smooth & Radiant Modern Brief (Lace Swirl Navy/10), which may look available online right now, but it is not. (We have our technical staff working on this right now, sorry for the inconvenience).

While I like Jockey products their website is terrible. I made the mistake of signing up for their emails, and now I am inundated with them. I seem to have gotten off their text alerts, at least one a day, but there is no way to "update" your email preferences. I go into my account and click on update email preferences and get a blank page. I go to "chat and wait 10 minutes for a response - nothing.
Not sure what the penalties are for not having an opt out of emails, but am sure it is against best practices for a website.
They have closed their closest store to me, so rethinking my long standing relationship!

Buy couples stuff when i get pregnant, is in on sale. Good material comfy for daily use. Hope the price could be better tho. Glad i brought it when in sale, if not maybe i should think twice

Today is 11/19/2017. Here is Jockey's Black Friday advertisement from the internet today. Too bad for you if the article was just what you wanted; Jockey's discount perk expired a week ago. Read their (small print) promotion:

Perish the thought that Jockey might be customer friendly. Since Jockey ownership moved to India, customer (NO) service is the norm. Shop elsewhere, there are plenty of brands besides Jockey when you spend your money.
My specific complaint? I have been purchasing Jockey Boxer shorts for over 40 years, longer than Walmart has been in business. But today, trying to purchase a specific boxer short is now met with Jockey's customer (NO) service writing that Walmart has an exclusive deal that you MUST buy it the way Walmart markets it or no sale. So the answer is: Goodbye Jockey!
PS. I wrote and complained to the president of Jockey (Sunder Genomal) in India, but he did not have the courtesy to reply.
