RUN! Don't even waste your time with these people. I purchased a camera pen on august 28th 2011 it is now september 26 2011 and i have still not received my package. I never got a email confirmation, so i decide to call the customer service number that is located in miami, and they told me they had no idea where my items were and that i would have to be the one to call china to see why it was stuck in customs, ( i guess they import their items from china) so i wrote emails to them and got no answers. I called again asking to speak to a manager, Mike ( the idiot answering the phone) had no idea how to transfer us to his manager which he had no name for. That company is a disaster, of course i was already charged and i asked for a refund and they told me that i would have to send the item back within 7 days to get a refund, and pay for shipping of course. If my item took this long to get here and was stuck in customs how can i be guaranteed that china will receive my item in 7 days! And they had no answer for me. Still waiting on my package or to even see if i will ever receive it or will get my complete order.
