Bought a gun online on sale, a few days later was sent a confirmation email n then a another email saying the gun shipped to my FFL along with a FedEx tracking #
A day prior to delivery, I get an email saying Guns.com had cancelled my order as they made an online error BS, basically did not want to sell the gun to be at the low advertised price... Still have not received my money back so will need to file a dispute with my bank... DONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM

I'm sorry about your frustration with us. We'd like to learn more about what happened, specifically with your order. Please contact us by phone or email: https://www.guns.com/contact. If a firearm had a tracking number it should not have been cancelled by us, we would definitely want to hear more about this.
In general, orders can sometimes be cancelled if they are coming from one of our independent FFL dealers that no longer have the firearm available to fulfill. If it is still in stock on the website it is usually from another dealer at the next lowest available price. If it was a great deal on a firearm, it is very likely that it was purchased by someone in-store or sold out on Guns.com. In that rare instance we are unable to fulfill your order.
