Unfortunately, the children's kitchen unit did not meet my expectations. The size turned out to be too large for our space, and I decided to return it after a few days, only to realize it had been over 30 days since the purchase. Despite this, I was willing to accept a store credit to use the funds towards another item, but customer service agent I was in touch with disappeared.

I was in touch with a customer service agent named Maja and they were not at all understanding of my circumstances. This agent is now no longer replying to any of emails and has disappeared.

I used to praise this company to friends and families. It's really unfortunate because I've always liked shopping here but I guess this has now left a very negative outlook overall.
