1 star is still too much. I reserved an apartment through booking.com and I have never had any problems paying by credit card. Due to a miscommunication regarding payment, my reservation was canceled and I received a message that I would not receive my money back. I've tried calling several times but they just throw you out. Booking.com managed to get in touch and then they dared to claim that I had not paid. Then another message that I will not get my money back. Booking.com is now trying to get my money back. Feel so ripped off
