Run away it was HELL! The worst experience after renting a property from Bookiply.com on Booking.com. No customer's help or support, Incompetent staffs, you always have to repeat things and get different replies every time. Booking.com wants to refund you only 10% of your total cost even if you have left the property as you cannot stay there!

Property advertised as sea views... but is facing a dump (this was one of the issues...). Many other things advertised but not present and always an excuse from Bookiply.com (No ceiling fan present despite pictures but Bookiply says it is mentioned no air conditioning. So this is normal)...

Cameras installed in the living room and in hallway and this is ok for Bookiply.com as this is commun area in a private home! This is a nightmare.

We left after 2 days and were promised a refund! Of course you have no written proof, just recorded conversations on Booking.com but Bookiply.com will say that they have no access to Booking.com!

Stay away from both companies! NO SUPPORT WHATSOVER! JUST BOLLONIES!

Despite Booking.com regulation forbidding CAMERAS installed on premises in private areas that are exclusively rented by guests and for common areas inside flats that are actually private if an entire property is rented by a booker, cameras were installed indoors, covering living room, kitchen and 1st floor hallway. It was mentioned that there was an alarm in the living room-kitchen and the hallway of the second floor but NOT mentioned that there are Cameras on those alarms too.

Flat was not cleaned properly and bathroom had old and moldy non hygienic seals

Neighboring dogs barked day & night keeping us awake

It was mentioned in the ad: Enjoy the view: Mountain view & Ocean view: No mountain view, bits of ocean view only when you are on first floor. You have a dump view in the front with rubbish and garbage bags.

Swimming pool was not heated in contrary of what was advertised, it was cold and dirty

Hole was in the wall where an electrical socket was supposed to be.

On pictures, a ceiling fan was supposed to be present but it was not. Bookiply replied that it is written that there is no AC at this time therefore no ceiling fan... An AC is not a Ceiling fan...

We did not stay and left on our second night mainly as we were uncomfortable with privacy issues.
Despite numerous requests to Bookiply and Booking we have not been refunded for our stay.
Bookiply has been unprofessional and of bad faith about trying to fix the problems.

This is definitely not a flat nor a company I would recommend to anyone. It is a very deceptive advertisement.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use Booking.com and Bookiply.com . There are many competitors that would surely be more reliable
