Use them all the time, but right now not so pleased.
They have On hold my return flight, plus $765 extra money for a flight that could not have made it back to the US as you cannot fly from London straight to Phoenix right now.
When you call they are reluctant to give you your money back, stating fees e. T. c.
Thing is I had to fly back on Delta as they were blocking the middle seats.
So this has cost a fortune.
Not Happy, people are right customer service is awful.
