They say you dont have to pay in advance to recover your funds back. But you have to make an account on blockchain and they want you to deposit in that account with non-spendable amounts to make them spendable. They just want to scam you too

It is a scam! You have to deposit and they promise to bounce right back, but they dont! Than you have to pay to get it back and you even lose more! They took all my money, 22.250,00! Don't believe them!
