I have been a customer of Supermarket Italy for several years and have always been satisfied with the ordering process, quality of products, fast & free shipping, and items are packaged well so they are not damaged during transit. I regularly order the type "00" Italian fine flour as it makes the best breads and desserts, and the flour doesn't upset my stomach like so many wheat flours do. Very happy customer!

I love to bake and eat breads, pancakes, desserts, but have found American grown wheat flour does not agree with my digestion system. I refused to believe that wheat is bad for me, since we humans have been eating it for over 6,000 years and I believe God made the grain perfectly for us to enjoy. The problem in USA is we think we have to feed the entire world, so we have bastardized much of our crops to increase yield, eliminate pests and disease from plants, and make the produce larger, higher production, which is all a nice idea until you take into account messing with genetic make up of plants will always have an equally bad effect, like increase in gluten, sugars, and seeds that have pesticides engineered into their structure, which is causing more cancers and digestive issues. Thank God Italy and most of Europe reject GMO products, so I order my type "00" from Supermarket Italy and it is the best!
Great products, great price, great shipping. I love to bake and antimo Caputo flour is the best! I found some other items to add to my order, like the Organic Berry spread and it is delicious!
