I ordered some wonderflex from them and realized that the package was marked as delivered by UPS and the website on October 14th. I contacted the website at the beginning of November informing them i never received the package and they directed me to UPS. I talked to UPS who was extremely helpful and said they would inform the seller that I never received the package and it was then up to them to give me a refund or reship. About a week later i still hadn't heard from the website on either so I contacted them who told me that UPS informed them that I acknowledged that I got the package. I called back UPS who assured me that that wasn't the case. I messaged the company again with proof that UPS' claim says I DIDN'T receive the package. It's been another week and I have opened up a paypal claim and STILL no replies from the website. I wouldn't waste my time with them ever again.
