Purchased Halloween costume on Aug 21/15 (lots of time to plan right?) Product was in stock, and to ship right away. Order never arrived. After numerous email exchanges, they could not locate the order and agreed to refund my credit card, but they didn't. Another email a couple of weeks later and they said they were delayed because of the Thanksgiving holiday (even though they originally agreed to refund two weeks prior to Thanksgiving!) and that they HAD processed the refund and expect it in 1 -2 days. The refund has not shown on my credit card. I have initiated a claim with the credit card company. Also, there is no way to see your order once you place it. I only got an email confirmtaion of the creidt card, no details of what I ordered. No way to look up status of an order online either. Pretty lousy online experience!
