Unfortunately, the web site showing clothes availability is not updated appropriately. My order has been both 'confirmed' and 'is being processed' via emails then the clothes do not arrive. In chasing up my orders (twice) I was told 'no-one else has complained about this happening'. What a basic error in customer care talk. As a public service assessor I recommend that EAST review their customer care training. Pity, because the clothes when they do arrive are in my experience good quality and wash well. I hope this emailed review is actually posted and some action is taken by EAST - with changes, not just words.
