The hardest part of ordering is deciding what flavor you want personally I use loose tea nowadays since I'm retired and don't have to work – I can enjoy a wonderful pot of tea whenever I want to. Once I figure out what I want place the order in the Cart, it's easy. I love that there's a variety of payment options. Within 3 to 5 days of placing your order, you get a lovely message that says it's on the way.
I had a question and I email Customer Service and got a response quickly. And the answer to my question was complete, concise, and to the point and it was delivered quite nicely. There was no tones of condescension or aggravation at having bothered anybody. I do enjoy being treated like a customer instead of a nuisance.
The response to my query was fast, efficient, clear, and concise. And I do believe the Customer Service representatives name was David. He treated me like a customer and not a pain in the neck. For that I thank him. For that, I thank whoever trained him.
For a while, I tried buying from Republic of tea and while the tea is OK, it’s not as delicious as what comes from the English tea store. This is every bit as good as the tea that used to come from the little British store that was down the road from my office and I could get anything that I wanted. But I don’t like Republic of tea because of the communist sounding verbiage and their customer services is not as excellent as the English tea store so I’m back not only my back because you folks earned it, but because the pricing is excellent. I love that. You can get samples and try new flavors Without investing in 100 teabags or a pound of tea. It’s fun to try new things and believe me if I find something I like I do buy it again.
The 15% off code supposed to be good until tomorrow is invalid. Nice thing to do to a customer. Lure them in and then not deliver discount as promised. Not pleased.
Wish you had more decaf choices- especially for flavored black teas. Heart issues decree decaf tea. I love your teas.
Your payment system is difficult and cranky. I had to re work the payment 5 times before it did not give me the message that said "oops, there is a problem".
