What. A. scam. When I said I wanted to cancel, she insisted that they have a promotion to extend the free trial. I kept saying no I just want to cancel and not be charged anything more. In order to cancel the account, I had to pay $30 for the "free trial". I insisted that I am not paying anything more and I need to return the product/ cancel the subscription. FINALLY I got the info:

I had to return the package within 7 days or I would be charged the $150 full retail price for the lash and brow serum
I needed a "Return Reference Number" which she gave me and I need to write on the outside of the package.
I need to keep the tracking number for the package so I know when they receive it and then they confirmed my email address and said they will email me a confirmation when my account has been canceled. (HAS TO BE WITHIN 7 days, which in this case is 6 days)

What a nightmare.
